Well FF and BJ have a sonic relationship to ROL though all 3 albums are different and shouldn't be compared. BJ does have a mid tempo Electronica feel like ROL and there is a spiritual element. Though even that comes from a different aspect.

Madonna's Ray Of Light is a bit overrated in my honest opinon. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a fabulous album but I feel like you have to be in a certain type of mood to listen to it. It's not an album I could put on everyday like Confessions on a Dancefloor or Music. You know what I mean? 

 

But anyway, Larry is just doing his job and trying to a good salesman. I think he or someone on Team Britney compared In The Zone to ROL as well back in the day if I'm not mistaken.

I think Britney firing her old team would have ended up bettering her career. Had the breakdown not happened, of course. Something about Larry irks me.

Ray of light is overrated as fuck and anyway who knows what he meant by that, it will be her ROL in the way that it's the same kind of music? Or in the way that it will be a different sound from her previous work? Or that it will be more mature etc.. ? We don't know. Just like when people say blackout 2.0, it means nothing, what is a blackout 2.0 ? Same type of music? Or the fact that it's innovative? Or the fact that's it has a dark vibe? What?

And whatever happens to Britney's music during the process and after its release is not his fault, he's not the one who decides what the album will be. Stop blaming everyone except Britney for once.

Ray of Light is a great song, but no one mentions the rest of the album as a masterpiece. The song is amazing.

BJ is also an amazing album

Remember, even Kylie Minogue had some underground years in the 90's where no one listened to her music because it was different.

I know people who say BJ is Britneys best album ever and they are NOT fans!! 

The music is not the problem, Britney is, (and her fanbase are ROTTEN, The universe fans and the exhale fans are the stupidest people every. seriously, there are thankfully millions of happy fans out there who truly makes Britney happy.)

Alrighty. I will reiterate then. Had the breakdown not happened and Britney been in the right state of mind and around good people, hiring new and legit professional management could have been better for her career, in terms of allowing Britney to have control over her music and image.
