Britney Jean truly isn't that bad.

maybe it isn't, this can be discussed in many ways but it all depends on the personal preferences and music taste I guess

I personally don't like it, I gave it a chance a few times and it always sounds boring, I have zero emotions while listening to it so I won't lie saying it's as good as her previous work because for me it's clearly not

calm down sweetie :britdrown:

universe is full of amazing fans, it's a normal fact that if we are on internet forum we will mostly talk about what we like and what we don't. calling people stupid because they don't accept every step Britney or her team do is fucking dumb. it's not the first time I saw your post with a similiar message calling us stupid and fake fans only because some people complained about something. sorry but if a random person loves Britney Jean more than her FANS, it doesn't mean we are worse. fans just know what she has given us in the past and Britney Jean is a total mess with a shitty production comparing to her previous work, so don't expect everyone to love it only because it says BRITNEY SPEARS on the cover. we also have our own opinions, you love it and I accept that, so what's wrong with for example me, not liking it? learn to live with it

This. Thank you.

Fair enough. I get for many fans it is an underwhelming album, and in some ways, yes it is. I'm not saying it's perfect by any means, I just don't think it's as bad as people make it out to be. It has some great gems.

Alrighty. I will reiterate then. Had the breakdown not happened and Britney been in the right state of mind and around good people, hiring new and legit professional management could have been better for her career, in terms of allowing Britney to have control over her music and image.

Britney doesn't need new people around her she needs to be on another label or to be on her own.

And this business world isn't a unicorns world, don't think she would have been with "good" people who would have listened to her etc.. this would have never happened, especially with Britney who was young and very naive, everyone would have take advantage of her anyway. Larry knows her since she's little, and he's the best for her, i doubt her whole team has been chosen randomly, also they are professional and (not to be rude) they know better than you so saying "legit professional management" make me laugh. Just remind you that they CAN'T force Britney to do anything, as i said on some other threads they do the best with what they have now which is a lazy Britney. Her career was well managed in the past, so that shows Britney IS the problem. And being with other people wouldn't have changed a thing anyway about her music and not so much about her image either. Her team has nothing to do with the music, it's the label. And her image, the label wants the artist to have a specific image, and her team will just maintain this specific image. So being with other people don't change a thing, if she wants control what she needs is a big talk with her label, or to change label, or to be an independant artist just like her sister.

I agree with that and that Britney is lazy. However, it is too early where I am to even begin to process your condescending tone within the rest of this post. So :igbai:

Oh, and I said "legit professional management" to specify that if Britney was to get a new team, then they would need to be ten million times more qualified than Lufti. I wasn't saying that Larry is not a professional.

Just because she doesn't want to do as much promo as she did back in her earlier years doesn't make her lazy. It shows she has her career on her own terms, and considering how overworked she was in the ITZ era, I think it's understandable.

Oh i misunderstood i thought you were talking about her actual team, that's why i said what i said lol. I agree with you then if you were talking about lufti, btw is it his real job to begin with or he just proclamed himself manager out of nowhere??

But sweety it's a job not a hobby, if she's tired of it, just stop it, don't sign another contract. If you continue then work, and i'm sorry but yes she's lazy and not professional when it comes to her music career.

And nobody is asking to do 2548534756 performances around the world, but 2-3 performances at least in the US if she doesn't want to travel wouldn't kill anyone you know. Singing live wouldn't kill anyone either, be more energetic on stage either and list goes on.

It's funny, when IABJ premiered everyone 'forgave' her for the lack of promo because she was working so hard for Vegas, and all of a sudden she's lazy again. In the FF era, she gave performances and did promo, and was still criticized. Granted they weren't particularly amazing performances. In the BJ era, the focus was on Vegas, hence the lack of promo for BJ.

Sorry I called you stupid. I just really think most people in here should go back to exhale where they come from. You all act like you have been in the bussiness longer than Britney and Larry. You are not saying what Britney SHOULD og Larry Should, you are saying what you WANT. But just because you want something, doesn't make it into what britney should do with her life.. It's her life, right? Or is it the fans lifes??

He said this probably because you know BJ is announced as Britney' most personal album. She has writing credits in each song on the album. ROL has the deepest lyrics Madonna has ever written untill then. About ROL being overrated, yes it wasn't an original album tbh ( listen to Homogenic by Björk that was released a year before ROL and you'll see) but she did something different from her old albums and the result was successful. But i don't think BJ was that different from Britney' previous albums. The idea was good but the result wasn't.

Ray of Light is a great song, but no one mentions the rest of the album as a masterpiece. The song is amazing.

BJ is also an amazing album

Remember, even Kylie Minogue had some underground years in the 90's where no one listened to her music because it was different.

I know people who say BJ is Britneys best album ever and they are NOT fans!!

The music is not the problem, Britney is, (and her fanbase are ROTTEN, The universe fans and the exhale fans are the stupidest people every. seriously, there are thankfully millions of happy fans out there who truly makes Britney happy.)

And stop attacking Larry at every chance you get. Britney fired everybody, even Felicia QUIT because she couldn't take it!! So stop making it sound like britney was sane. She was batshit crazy and so down and she WAS in her breakdown when she fired him.. Larry started to back out by himself around the Kevin marriage, because he knew Britney wanted kids.. ANd now we blame him for having other clients besides Britney

There are plenty of good songs on Ray of Light, but it is overrated. It is good nonetheless. Britney Jean is a disgrace. :yaknow:

I really doubt that, given Britney Jean hasn't even sold a million copies yet. :moorangu:

I think it's silly when people say fans don't have a right to demand things from Britney and her team.

We are her MARKET. She is releasing music for us, just as she is for herself. A fan of the artist has as much, even more important opinion, than any veteran in the industry.

ughhhh don't remind me about that comment, I remember seeing that BJ-ROL comparison and knowing immediately the album was gonna underwhelm faster than Mandy Moore's pop career

This. Overworked is the word, and people seems not to understand it, I mean it wasnt enough for them see how she ended up? :drown: FFS the girl went nuts for being overexposed and in a world that is not made for someone so sensitive ir "weak" as she is, she went over and I'm sure she knows how to deal with it and I'M MORE THAN SURE that one of the ways is not being overworked or overexposed, it's not her team, it's not larry, it's for her to stay healthy :icanttt:

The Mandy shade :orangu:

Anyway, in spite of all the complaining, Britney still has the best fans. She and her team have disappointed us era after era and she is still here, somewhat "slaying". Not because of them. Because of us.

For better or for worse, no other fan base would still treat her like a hero, in spite of her acting literally scared of us for years :orangu: Most other bases would've jumped ship.

And this is probably the only fan base that treats their fave like some wounded victim that earns a million per week for giving us a shit album and not even trying sometimes onstage. :britdrown:
