So I was in the car with my mom and little brother. We were just talking and then Slave 4 U came on. :martin:

My brother was like, "Uh-oh. Here's Britney. Lia's about to start dancing." :oya:

And my mom was like, "I bet she took her headphones off now." :frenchy:

And I was like.... :xf2::twerkney::fyea:

I nearly died when my mom started going "Get it! Get it! Get it! Get it!.

Then my brother did the "Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!" and started dancing.

:orangu: It was a proud stan moment, tbh. :crying1:

My brother bashes Britney only to annoy me. I played Blackout and he loved it. Now every time I say "Gimme gimme!", he says "MOAR!" :trollney:

And my mom stans for Beyonce. No one's perfect, I guess. :tbh:

My family doesn't bash her, but just go away whenever I put Britney music or a video comes out in the TV.

But I once caught my sister watching Sometimes on her iPad :P  She and my brother used to be fans until Blackout happened :crying1:

Do you all posses an anti-Blackout gene or something? :iwannago:

yeah, mine does exactly the same, just to make me feel mad. he loves blackout as well, I remember when he heard Get Back for the first time and asked "wow, who sings it?! it's amazing" I've told it's Britney and then he laughed saying she sucks :orangu: but he very often act very childish and pathetic even though he's almost 18... :trollney:

my mom really doesn't care about Britney, sometimes she ask what's new in Britney's world and about her career, but that's all. she really loved her intimate collection and got a couple items though  :pieceofwhat: I also remember that once, when I used to play my music in a car while she was driving she liked some of the ballads (Out From Under, And Then We Kiss, Someday) <3

When it comes to family members liking Britney, they can deny it and often try to hide it. :queenflopga:

:lmaolol: Yeah, that seems to be the case.

Well, the thing is we were fans since BOMT came out, we loved the first 3 eras. Then with ITZ things started to change, because my brother started to be more into rock music, but until Toxic everything was fine. We didn't love that much My Prerogative, and all the K-Fed romance. Then she had her kids, the breakdown happened, and when she appeared at the VMA's 07, I cried hahaha and for my sister it was like "ok, that's it, she's dead for me".

Well, it wasn't that dramatic, but you know, it was painful to watch the idol we followed for years in that situation. And the videos was the most important thing that made us fans, so after watching her go from BOMT to Toxic kind of videos, watching her coming out with something like GM or POM were, it was sad :crying1: But I still had hope. And I really, really liked BTI. I wished it was a real videoclip, but I knew it was the best we could get at the time with all the things she was going through. Anyway, Circus era was amazing, and I felt like the real Britney was back.

My sister still liked Womanizer, Circus and IUSA, but she wasn't that proud about it. Then Radar was released, and my sister was like, Britney Spears is getting so boring, she used to be cool :zoomzoom: So my sister didn't stan again after the breakdown, and all because of Blackout :crying3: Everytime a video from the FF era was released, my sister would watch it like :displeased: And she almost enjoyed Scream & Shout, but she wasn't even aware of Work Bitch and Perfume, even when I played Britney Jean all day :thatsfunny:. My brother and sister don't care for Britney anymore, and now they see her just like MY idol, and not theirs. But she was part of our childhood so they will always like Oops, BOMT, Slave, Stronger, Crazy, etc, even if they try to deny it :mahhaw:

And that's the story of today :yeathatswhatsup: , I hope you enjoyed it :pieceofwhat:
