She didn't get her nose job , her makeup artist keeps contouring the heck out of her nose ! It's ok to contour the top but he contours it all the way to the end .. Which gives it that shape

I don't know why some people thought it was photoshopped.Her body looks healthy and natural just like what we see in the candids these days.If those were photoshopped her stomach would have looked much more flat, but instead, she doesn't look that thin.
