I literally don't even know why I care so much. :crying3:

I am excited about the Iggy collab, but I'm SO nervous about the album... I like BJ... but honestly, I want an album that slays like BOMT, is dark like BO, positive like Circus, and powerful/cohesive like FF with strong lyrics from Britney.

I just want her to slay this era like Taylor did with 1989. :crying4: I don't want another non-cohesive, will.i.am mess.

I'm a mess right now honestly. :eeek:

We all are. But we have to trust Britney on this one. If her label makes the same mistake again, the consequences will be worse than the ones with BJ.

She already said she's taking her time. She wants something completely different than what is on the radio right now. Fresh, new, risky, edgy, artsy fartsy. :mahhaw:

Let's just get our stones and torches ready in case her label announces someone like Flop.i.am or Dr. Luke as E.P :hairtie:

Just kidding :pieceofwhat: Although if you're down then I'd be down too :no1curr2:

this post made me LOL! For real, I've never laughed harder at something on this site probably. :lmaolol:

But if that happens, have your torch ready. I'll grab my pitchfork. Hahaha :thatsfunny:

I know, when I heard that the Iggy single was coming so soon I immediately got worried they were rushing the album and that it's gonna turn out to be a Frankenstein's monster of half-finished pop flops like BJ.

Taylor didn't slay. It was so overrated. If you want "1989 kind of success" or BOMT, then the only answer would be Max Martin as the executive producer and writer/co-writer of all the songs. :yaknow: (wich I'd love)

Dark as Blackout? :ewomg::nonotatall: Maybe a song or two and that's it, which leads to what I'd love to have. An album that represents different kind of rythms and lyrics, just like Circus or BJ (talking about variety) or Oops, Britney. I don't care if it's personal or not, or if she writes the lyrics or if they have any meaning. I just want that the final result as a whole sounds good, that it's catchy, that is different from what it's out there right now, and that sets a new trend in the pop music, instead of following what other acts are doing.

I respect your opinion, but Taylor DID slay whether you like her or not. When your album sells 1.3 million in the first week, continues with large figures, and has two #1 singles in 2014 when the industry is falling apart... it's miraculous. Especially when the album isn't hype or basic pop. 1989 was amazing and I love it. <3

However, with the album ideas, I agree! I don't care if it's personal or if she writes. I just want her to be passionate about a good, strong, cohesive album! :)

I hope album 9 will actually be good enough so that it will make me want to buy it. I haven't purchased an album since FF. :sipstea:

So yeah, I'm excited but skeptical. :bigtime:

Isn't she the executive producer in this one like she was for blackout? that's what I remember reading when I read about her renewing her contract with RCA :xf1:  if so, I think we can expect something urban, funky, innovative and really really cool  britney is a visionary and the only album that isn't universally regarded as great by the army is BJ the one album she had nothing to do with sonically  :zoomzoom:

Commercial success won't happen, stop even dreaming about the Taylor-level of success.

I will be happy if she debuts with 150K. I'm not even dreaming of it doing better than that. Anything better than Britney Jean is a huge success.

It's about quality this time.

I have no feelings whatso ever because I don't believe in anything.. I have no high hopes, because I can't bare to see all the negativity around here when something doesn't go the way "we"want it. So If I lower my expectations really, It can only be a huuuge surprise for everything that comes.

Right now, I only believe in the moroder thing..
