So we were in the car and my mom is playing the CD she made full of her favorite holiday songs. Much to my amazement, Britney's "My Only Wish (this year)" comes on! And my mom knows every word.

And to add to this great day, earlier, in my mom's hair salon, we heard Taylor Swift come on radio and my mom says, "I don't see why people like her. She doesn't have the triple threat of singing, dancing, and acting like Britney or Beyonce."

well, I've heard from other people that they mostly play shit music on the radios in America, but in my country it's even worse because they rarely play anything new. songs from 80s-90s are like 60% of what you can hear on some stations, sometimes they play something fresh but it really must be a huge ww hit like Dark Horse or Shake It Off
