People are calling Iggy racist because of some Tweets that she posted a few years ago I think.

 

And she and Azealia Banks have been at it because Azealia belives Iggy is taking away "Black culture" and some stuff.

I just hope that people understand that Britney has nothing to do with Iggy's issues and they don't bring her into that.

I believe the Iggy collab will either be pushed back or not released, but still make the album, especially if the controversy hits mainstream press.  Luckily she has the Giorgio Moroder collab waiting in the wings too (I'm more excited about this one).

If I were Iggy, I wouldn't care if they released my sex tape- nowadays a sex tape just adds to your notoriety and makes you even more famous.  And I definitely wouldn't apologize to Azealia for anything, because Azealia is a nasty beast who was looking for attention and realized that attacking another female artist - especially Iggy, who had already received a good bit of criticism for being a white girl in the rap game - is the way to get it.  If she had gone after Britney, Gaga, Katy, Madonna, etc. (aka, artists who have huge fan bases and are generally liked by the GP), people would have torn her to shreds for being such a bitch. 

 

Anyway, I hope the song isn't delayed, just because I'm so thirsty for new Britney music.
