We hate him, but can't deny it. She looks beautiful but no shade, the "fun things" she's doing are getting clearer and clearer. She looks really different compared to 2013. Officially speaking she only has visitations rights but they let her have them 50/50 (i assume) with Kevin. tarotx Posted December 25, 2014 #15 Report Posted December 25, 2014 I think Britney would be lifted out of the personal Conservatorship but because of her anxiety it's hard for her to deal with the stress of first meetings and lawyers. The Conservatorship affords her protection and understanding and gives people who go into deals with Britney assurances. Britney has been known to stutter words and get uber nervous until she knows people. It's hard for her to live in her life and that is why the Conservatorship is technically legal. And also technically the boys are never alone with Britney if they have a bodyguard with them so even that skirts the legality of all of this...

And the fact that she hasn't is something to think about. Imagine never being alone because legally you are seen as not being able to control basically your own life AND because the entire world likes to watch what you do. I personally would hate it because I crave solitude, my "me" time, every now and then. 2
