I hope that too, yet she only rehearsed like 4 weeks before vegas? So I don't know how much she would practice for a MV maybe 1 hour like she did with the Piece of me video and we all know how that ended up

I don't really think Britney is warming up lol , she's in Colorado right now spending time w/ her family , & about the single , if it does get released in January then expect MV like in Feb lol . In order for her to release a MV close to the single she would have to be filming like this week

I'd say it's pretty obvious it's at least planned for a January or February.

It's following the timeline of HIAM and that was rush released in mid-Jan. And no artist confirmed HIAM this early, too.

March/April is such a dead time to release music imho. I hope she releases the single on January then releases the album late February.

The song came out on the 15th and the video on October 1st, which is two weeks... exactly the same amount of time as the gap between the song Anaconda and the video, and that became the fastest-viewed video ever on Vevo. And if Anaconda broke that record, it was because of the kind of video it was, but Britney won't come out with something like that. The scenary will be something more like Perfume, which was well received by critics (not that much charts wise) but then the video came out, more than a month later, creating zero hype by then, and with that horrendous editing of the video that they did.

They should just release the video along with the single, to take advantage of the initial hype, to at least make the video stay in the memory of GP for a while
