damn i just got my copy of the mag today and i cannot believe how much she works out. i didnt kno her new thing was swimming. i always wondered what queen b does at home all the time. well now i kno!

 

shit! she works out like an olympian. and how much she used to work out before too. insane lol remember like the 40 mins every day she said on ellen back in like 2003. i am def a couch potato and proud of it. although i feel like i can never b as active as she is and that makes me feel like shit. some of us weren't born to work out!  :bitchney: makes me so sad tho  :ummm:

def. not ! i feel like my body is breaking in half when i do. and i have -0 motivation whatsoever . maybe im sick or something lol i am obsesed with vegetables tho. i eat pretty healthy. i also always eat a lot of meat, like i always crave it. i think i am pretty nutritious but that might also because i work long hours. thats still a workout in a way

in 2001 she wasn't healthy tho 105 pounds? She's excellent now.. I hear she's 120ish... plus dem muscles.. :thirsty:

 

i'm like 130, I workout alot!! My pussy does push ups, sit ups (My record is 200, trying to beat Britneys record!) I dance alot too... I pull weights too...

idk about yall but I took an adderall once and ended up doing 300 push ups for funsies and it was the weirdest most surreal moment of my life.

yea i tried being like britney and i would do up to 800 of them a day. i was very active during my high school years. so it wasnt too hard. although quantity over quality isnt better. i think i would just go though them so quick they did nothing to me lol. but maybe i was just used to them because once ur body gets used to the same exercise u have no troulbe with it anymore. so i still have abs for life (now they're just a little covered tho lol) but that was too much. i stopped doing that workout because it was not healthy. i did 1000 situps once and i was still getting used to 200 and thought i was strong enough, well i felt so sick later, my heart hurt for a week. so i gradually went up to like 800 and then told myself i need to just stop lol. i am not britney

She does work out a lot , I love to workout as well, and when I'm not in the mood for it I'll just take a caffeine pill and it will have me doing a shit load of workouts but the next day it would be hell cuz i would be sore lol

I know her workouts are insane. All I do is lift weights lol :gloria: and food when not working out :lmaolol:

yes i agree. she was not healthy. u cant be both healthy and skinny at the same time. but she always had a relaly good muscle. she was never stick skinny. she's always had a perfect booty so thats good. but she was dieting a lot. i think that was partly what also caused her to burn out. she didnt have excellent nutrition.

and i loveee to dance too!!!! big time. not like britney tho. i have weak bones lol. and swimming is also nice. i kno why britney loves it so much

that is very good amount girl. just dont over do it. that is what i always tell everyone. that is one of my biggest regrets ever lol i should of just embraced my couch potatoe, tv loving, internet obsessed introvert ways long before i tried convincing myself of loving exercise
