that those who haven't actually been to the show in person are judging it based off a few 15 second videos, whereas those who actually went loved it. Now granted, obviously last night wasn't her best show and I agree she should have been a bit more prepared considering she was on a fairly long break. However if the past legs are anything to go by, she's always started off a bit rusty and then improved with each show.

Well that's my 2 cents.  :tea2:

Spill it, as usual flawless nathan is flawless

THIS. I went to Vegas twice last year in February and May and she slayed both shows tbh. This whole instagram video shit is brand new, and it's NOT how shows are meant to be seen. The stage is fucking incredible in person - the giant screen above Britney, the amazing lights, the full band (which sounds incredible live)... the list goes on. Britney looks so beautiful in person and honestly my only big complaint was the dullness of some of the costumes. It is a huge improvement from FF (which I also saw live and was also a lot better than people give credit for). Yes, it's all lipped... but this is a Britney show, if you don't expect that, you're stupid. POM is better than any other pop bitches shows, and it needs to be seen live to be judged. At least wait until a full DVD is released.

Have you ever gotten to see Britney live? I'm lucky to live where I do in Toronto, because all of her tours have come here. The only tour I didn't get to go to was Onyx Hotel because she canceled the show I had tickets for after her knee  :crying1: I went to DWAD when I was very young, then Circus tour twice, FF once and POM two times so far (one was a graduation gift and the other for a friends Birthday). POM - to me - is a better overall show than Circus, though Circus had the benefit of all the comeback hype and a truly unique stage + amazing costumes. I guarantee that if Twitter, instagram and YouTube were around during DWAD and previous tours, people would be picking those shows apart just the same. Does Britney dance as much now as she did then? No, obviously fucking not, but the show is still amazing.

And for the record, I totally understand why someone would be upset if they saw Britney on an 'off night', but she IS NOT the only artist that has them. I'm a total concert whore, I go to pop shows, rock shows, rap concerts, everything, and any artist can have an off night; they'll skip the encore, cut audience interaction, have poor vocals, whatever. At least with Britney there is some reason behind it - we KNOW she suffers from anxiety, has problems with he knee and still gets stage fright. I'm not trying to make excuses, simply saying I don't believe the 'she's so lazy' shit that people throw around. She's human like all of us - she's going to have off nights or performances that are stronger than others. And everyone expecting the show to come back totally revamped after this last break were simply asking to be let down... it came from a RADARONLINE report for fucks sake. Britney and her dancers were on their Holiday break. Most people don't spend their time watching clips of the show on instagram and therefor have no idea what to expect- the show is totally new to 90% of the people in the audience each night.

Unfortunately I've never seen her live! The only opportunity I would have gotten to see her was when she came here for the Circus Tour but I wasn't as big of a fan as I was now and just assumed she'd come back! How wrong I was :crying1:

Exactly! I hate that when people say that just because she doesn't dance as hard as she used to it means she 'can't dance' or doesn't do anything on stage. I agree she should be singing at least the ballads live, but what can you do?

This this this! And like what others have said, they're not going to change the show completely when she'll only be doing 4 or so shows before another long break! Some of the things people said after the first show back were absolutely disgusting. Even on here, I'm surprised at how much negativity there's been.
