You can only add At most 2 more songs.

At most 3 new choreographies.

At most 1 new section (meaning brand new theme, props, production, etc.).

Take out at most 3 songs.

At most 2 new costume changes (not 6-7)

Other things not mentioned you can do Let's get creative.

Change majority of the choreography. Most of it looks cheap and frankly, she doesn't do it sexy enough. Instead, add actual dancing in the chorus that doesn't need to be that hard... lots of spins and hairflips would do. But, more importantly, more sexy interaction with her dancers. There should just be 3 of them (2 male dancers and Britney) for most of it. More dancers can appear at the end for the final chorus.

Britney puts on a jacket and sings dramatically on a couch. For Criminal, her "lover" is dancing (interpretative) with Britney and another girl. Ends with Britney shooting her boyfriend, like in the Perfume MV.

Perform Everytime and Born to Make You Happy with piano like in DWTD.

Interact with audience during and in between performances. Make every night different and feel special. I would die if she had moments when she would let the audience sing the chorus or something.

Change costumes for BOMT/Oops and Circus segment. And the shoes for Neon because don't look good with that sparkly dress.

New choreos for Womanizer, Boys, and I Wanna Go. Dancing that isn't too difficult and not awkward-looking.

New screen backdrops/animations and lighting color schemes for Circus segment. Vibrant colors for lights and props instead of gold/brown/tan. Main color should be red.

More dramatic lighting effects throughout the show.

I would change the Baby/Oops outfit for a more elaborated one and the final leotard for an outfit with a more of a “jungle†feeling.

 

I would have Perfume performed as a part of a medley along with Hold on tight and Alien. For the first two songs she would be sitting, singing live (or with pre-recorded vocals) with just a  piano, but as Alien starts she would get up and perform the album version, doing some kind of interpretative dance with another dancer. 

 

Transform the Scream and Shout interlude into an actual performance that Britney could perform along with a full version of Boys.

 

Add some actual dancing to the final chorus of Toxic.

 

Take out the choreography after she introduces the dancers and the band during Crazy and just have her freestyling with her dancers and waving to the audience. I feel like that awkward and stiff dance that they have drains out the energy that the remix has and it looks better when she's just jumping and having fun.

 

Overall, I would add more dynamic backdrops and have more dramatic lights during some performances like Work Bitch.

freakshow part is nice but I would add to the black outfit that red top she used at one date at the very beginning.

Circus part is ok but I wouldn't do lucky if she is not gonna sing it or add something like a dancers performance or a circus spectacle.

The final section I would change the crazy choreography and to make the section more jungle theme I would use the same base for the costume but with a skirt and high boots.

I also think she should use accesories for costumes bracelets jackets.... That is not hard to include.

I would move Crazy and Stronger up so it's performed under BOMT and Oops, and change the theme so it's something not black and dark. I would make it something more get up and dance sort of thing, so that means the whole section would have to change. Maybe give it a different color, like a medium purple. I would have her in maybe a purple crop top with some sparkle and has long sleeves, with some high-waited black shorts and some fishnets and some knee-high boots.

I wouldn't make Get Naked an interlude and have her actually perform it in a sexy lingerie costume with some sexy choreography. I would also add a My Prerogative performance right before Get Naked as well. At the end of this section, I would have the lights go down for a few seconds and have them rise slowly and have Britney on stage and perform Blur, in her lingerie and all so it actually fits the song.

I would change the Circus costume and have her bring back the Ringleader costume or at least wear a variation of it. She could have a cute top under the jacket and take off the jacket for Lucky, in which I would have a backdrop of showing how the song was sort of prophetic, and she could wander the stage singing the song and show the part in the music video where she's sitting on the star and dumps down glitter, Britney would be standing under it and have glitter actually fall from the roof onto the stage. I would change it so she's telling it as a story.

I would also have her perform the whole Slave choreography.
