Should Britney Just Go Away?

After fans complaining era after era should britney just go away after Vegas for a couple of years and find her passion again? I get fans are mad she doesn't promote her albums anymore and has bad shows every now and then. I honestly think she needs to go away for sometime like in the zone to blackout era (without the meltdown) and make us all miss her again

Personally, I'm not one of those fans that complains about everything. I mean, after Blackout era, ANYTHING is good.

I don't want her to stay away from music. At the beginning of her career, it seemed a little bit exhaustive for her, it was album after album from BOMT to ITZ. In less than 5 years we had 4 different eras. Now, since Blackout, and then her "comeback", it's been 7 years, almost 8 and we've only had 3 different eras (not counting X Factor). She has taken more time between albums; if B9 comes out in 2015, I think it's gonna be the closest it's been with the previous album since Circus with Blackout. I think she needs to release at least 2 or 3 more albums in a row before taking another long pause like the one she took after ITZ

At the end, it doesn't matter if she releases an album every year or every 10 years, there will always be people that complains about everything (especially if the new material doesn't sound like Blackout) so I don't see the point in "retiring" from music for a while. It wouldn't change anything. And if you say so to raise expectation on the GP, well, every time she announces something new they always call it a "comeback" so she doesn't need to stay away for too long

I honestly don't know. Based on my own observations, she doesn't seem to want to do it. I think she was born to be a performer in general, so i would be fine if she ventured off into something else. I don't want albums being churned out by her team that have no actual connection to Brit besides her name on it for the sole sake of profit.

i think Britney needs time to get things in order with her career. She was rushed with vegas and BJ , i think fans and her team need to give her that time to want it again, we can't make her want it and it has to be on her terms, not her teams or dare i say even us fans, she has to want to do it for herself alone

U mean album not ALBUMS ! It was just BJ she didn't promote & flopped calm down , ur over reacting ... and not every show is gonna be perfection , there's gonna be moments where she's gonna slack and there's gonna be moments when she's gonna be amazing . Saturdays show yes it was horrible , but her show last night was beyond amazing she killed it , she was being funny , she shook her ass, she's starting to be more relaxed now and even speaking more then she use too , u can't say she should go away just cuz 1 album went bad and she has bad shows once in a while . And also her show is not gonna be always perfect. I agree with the comments about people overreacting and being dramatic. If Britney wanted to take a break then I would be all for it, but I don't think she wants to. Just because Britney Jean didn't live up to the expectations of some fans, or that she didn't promote it in the same way she has in the past, doesn't mean that she needs to "find her passion again". Fans need to learn that her career comes second now, it always will, whether she's makin music or venturing off into acting, and that's ok

I have no idea why you got a point down but I agree with you. I miss performanceney, that passionate performer who inspired us and made us all wish we were popstars. I get that Britney Spears is never coming back and that Britney Jean is here to stay but.. I just miss her old performances..
