I swear, you are one of my favourite users. You're one of the few people here who can see (and willing to admit) that Britney's performances are just bad nowadays. I've been taking a break from Britney's performances since the Walkus tour. I remember getting up at 7 am just to watch her first Circus tour performance and I was so excited because it was her first performance after her breakdown... and wow. I wanted to cry. Britney's performances were SO UNDERWHELMING! I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that this was the same Britney Spears (the performer) I fell in love with. I've been taking a break from her performances ever since. Her recent half-assed performances nowadays (since FF) makes the Circus tour look like Onyx hotel tour (Performance wise). This is really getting ridiculous. I mean, I'm glad Britney is happy now. But we want the performer back! Britney being content with her family life doesn't mean much to us. I mean, we don't live with her! We first fell in love with her because she was a great performer first and foremost. I can't with these people making excuses for her laziness.

Ok! I've been to POM and I have a lot fo fun BUT it wasn't because she is a stunning performer or her dancing is great now, but because I was simply really excited to see her (just like 90% of people who came to see the show). So can I complain now if I was at POM?

But why complain? Yes, it is exciting to see her but that was your experience. If she's not being the performer you expect her to be why sit and complain when like others who share your opinion see nothing happening or changing with her at the moment. So, I've decided to take a constant break from the Army and Britney and her music. I feel better, even though I haven't listened a single song by her for a month. We first fell in love with the performer not her interviews and sweet personality. At the end of the day, she's an entertainer and fans want to be entertained. We don't want Britney to be miserable. It's not an either\or thing. Many popstars are content with their family life and still perform. If she's truly unhappy, she should retire. She's destroying her own legacy.

Well, one disagreement , we did fall in love with her sweet personality in interviews. And not all artist are the same, Britney is different just like Beyonce is different from Rihanna. Everyone views their careers and personal lives differently, no matter who you are. Im not saying your wrong for feeling the way you feel, but if Britney wants to tarnish her legacy, what can we do to stop that? We can say she needs to retire but even with POM, she has people paying to see her still. My question is not about Britney but the fans who aren't happy with where she is going in her career right now? Exactly I agree , it's like they're still waiting for primeney to make a comeback but it's not even like that anymore they need to see that , she's just doing her now . I just get tired of seeing all these negative threads and constant complaining. Like Britney said there's gonna be amazing performances and there's gonna be OK performances not everything is gonna go perfect , it's like they want her to be perfect and she's only human . I mean she's been doing the same thing for the past year , I mean I have a schedule everyday I go to the gym , work , & come home and go to bed and it's honestly Tiring and boring being on a schedule . So I can relate with Britney dancing and rehearsing , working out and back to work and doing all that constantly gets tiring , maybe she's bored and wants something fresh. But yes they should definitely stop complaining and just take a break and when she's back next era they can come back an if they don't like why they see or hear they can simply Stan out without hesitation or complaints it's very simple

Which is ridiculous. You don't have to kiss her ass 24/7 to be a Britney fan. Even Britney herself is never going to know if she needs improvement if all people do is worship her and don't tell her when something is going wrong or no progress is being made, and then when someone speaks up they just get ripped to shreds. I see what you mean and you have a point, i think the problem right now is new years eve. Be honest, Britney brought her a game, she enjoyed what she was doing that night, idk if it was the wig but she was into it. Then, BTI came and she screwed up and all hell broke loose. There is nothing wrong with Britney being critiqued, yes she does have the capability to be an amazing performer night after night, even though she is human and a few off nights are a given, but when some fans turn critique into insult and smear, then thats the problem. No one is really saying it but the problem lies in how people word their critiques or are too busy adding shade to what they say, because no matter what, a britney fan will stand up against shade from the media, other celebs, etc. But, when its from the fanbase, thats when we end up here, divided.

I think the problem, like i just said to another member is not complaints, because like every performer, Britney does need to be critiqued on her performances time to time, but the way people are wording them. They come off as being insulting, shady and at times, just sickening. They are free to given a negative opinion just as well as some are free to give positive ones, but when they take it too far, then the Britney Army starts wars within itself.
