If i recall, Circus was #1 and Femme Fatale was #1....i said it before, you can't use one poorly recieved album up against seven highly successful albums. If this is about the way she is performing now, ok, you have something to feel disappointed in cause yes her performances haven't been there fully time to time, but her music is a different thing. Yeah the two go hand in hand, but it's not her music that is making fans all worked up, it's her performing.

The fanbase has been hoping the same thing for there eras now... She will finally have control and care about her music. It isn't about being #1, Blackout was a tremendous flop by Britney standards back then, but the fanbase loves the shit out of it. :zoomzoom:

Really, what this time is going to be different? Is there any indication we've missed?

Did the conservators hip end? Did she change labels (do you know RCA is notorious for controlling their artists like puppets)? Did she start pouring passion in her performing?

At BEST, you can expect a fun pop song, but total Britney control? Not happening.

Beyonce releasing good music, I'm gonna have to disagree with that. The only song I like from her recently was yonce not the partition part.

Kesha wrote the song :zoomzoom: Femme fatale was following what trend???? you only named ttwe what are you talking about? Yes, I agree work bxxch is a sort of generic EDM, I luv3 authentic EDM like the record labels online but I don't think work bxxch is "basic" it's not anything special but it's not "basic"

I wouldn't call selena's release a flop, it wasn't generic like most of beyonce's music, some of ariana's, all about that bass, nicki, jlo, I mean c'mon what is a "flop" to you?

The trend of female dance pop, of course. :yaknow: It was Jive's last attempt to save itself from bankruptcy so they scrapped the original Femme Fatale for an album full of dance "hits".

Femme Fatale, as much as I like it, is the album that aged the worst among her "adult" catalog. You can tell it was recorded during a time of Ke$ha, Katy, Gaga in 2011.

The fact HIAM was supposed to be a Katy song. :yaknow: I Wanna Go, Big Fat Bass, Seal With A Kiss, Trouble For Me all sound incredibly dated now (dub step in the mainstream stayed as long as Carly Rae Jepsen's career).

I was talking about album success, given that you said BJ's numbers weren't that bad. Not bad if you compare it to a C-List celebrity like Selma

And XO and Haunted shit on everything Britney's released since Blackout, lbr. :yaknow:

Her conservatorship at best deals with her personal life, only when to get a deal approved, like vegas, does it go into her career. I never said things will be different, i said they might be different but we don't know and it's ok. But, fan's don't deserve being disappointed by their fav for so long, but whats stopping them for backing out? after looking at this post, no matter how many negative posts some fans put up or no matter how many times they diss britney and her performing skills, they won't leave because just like the ones who praise her every second, they too still have hope for Britney and still believe she is something special

ok, i have a problem with Britard...Everyone who makes a post, comment , critique or praise for Britney is a Britard. We are here because of Britney Spears. No matter what, even when you find a fault in what she does, your a Britard, cause you care enough to speak the truth about her. Britard is something that needs to stop being spread around like a bad thing. If you don't like to be called a Hater, don't call someone a Britard, but i think the word is stupid because if your on a Britney Fansite, your a Britard. Hell, i'm one.

ok then, thats your opinion and here's mine. You too are here out of loyality because if you hated britney, you wouldn't be here. Im not gonna call you a troll because you have spoken many truths on Britney before. My question is why stick around when you could take a break from the fan base and Britney? This post you just wrote screams "Britney Ain't doin it for me anymore!" and we don't know how the ninth era is gonna go, and btw, your holding one album that is considered the lowest charting album in HER career, though many artist would love a number 4 album, against her after six number one albums and one album that has been added to the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame library. That's the one thing im gonna get a little defensive about, let's knock her for some half-assed performances, yet the past seven years, have even had their glory moments. But if your disappointed, you have every right to be, but you might want to ask yourself what are you still doing here?

I'm here for the meltdowns and a little trolling. I don't even post as much here anymore. :yaknow: I will check out her new music, even though it'll most likely get even worse.

Where do people get the idea that people are just disappointed from Britney Jean though? They've been disappointed for almost half her career now.

Let's be real, most of the success she achieved after her breakdown wasn't of her doing. It was her team's, her fans', her writers, producers, etc. When was the last time you could truly say "Britney is talented" and that you respect her as an artist?

Don't worry, it's just a term of endearment for people who like Tik Tik Boom

well, i can't knock you for being honest, but that thats the meaning of this entire thread, asking a question some fans don't want to answer or have an answer to

btw, i do respect your opinion and have to admit you have guts to voice your opinion knowing it will be met with harsh comebacks. Though i don't agree with you or some of the things you say, i do however respect you for being honest and thats whats important not just in the fanbase but in life, being honest with no fake bullshit.

Hell yes. And "Mine". :mhm: I really do love those songs and was pleasantly surprised to hear them on a Beyonce album.

Since Blackout, I'd say Circus is my favorite album, but they made some wrong decisions in terms of the track list and not including some good bonus songs.

No just the hook of HIAM was supposed to be a katy song, the actually music wasn't right?

Femme fatale was extremely unique, idk what you're talking about but Kesha, katy, and gaga's music never sounded like that even during that time.

No sorry, beyonce's music is basic. Circus album is amazing as well and so is femme fatale. Beyonce doesn't have much variety in her voice although she can sing, the way she expresses her emotions in songs make them all sound like they're from the same album lbr :orangu:
