I DID EXPIRIENCED! I'm a dancer either and I had a really serious knee injury (something similar to Osgood-Schlatter illness)! I couldn't dance for 3 years (cause that's how long it took to cure, so it was probably even more serious), but now everything is ok and I feel no difference so STOP saying that it's about her knee injury. It's not like a cancer, really... The last time I really saw her passion was during Intimate Collection Promotion. She is tired of being a performer, it's not that exciting for her anymore so I think that they should stop this residency and they shouldn't care about money that much! Brunetteney in leg 2 of POM slays though. She's slayed in a lot of performances as well. The MAIN problem is consistency. There's still passion there, obviously not as much as she used to have, but it's still there. She's not some puppett who can't decide. If she didn't want to do Vegas, she wouldn't have done. She easily could have retired by now.

Some nights she'll kill it, and other nights she'll half ass a lot of it. I definitely think there needs to be big changes as she's most likely bored of the show in it's current format. But I definitely agree with you on that last part.

She can dance perfectly fine, she can sing perfectly fine too, shes just bored and uninspired. She doesnt give an ants shit, and ok, if she feels that way let her be tbh. But i'd rather her make a break than give us shitty albums like Britney Jean which has 4 good songs on it while the rest is butchered demos but then again it might not be even her whos controlling her own career.
