To me, Oops could be a good choice.

Taylor's 1989, in a way, sounds fairly similar to Oops: there are pop anthems and slow-jam songs sang by a sweet voice (I don't intent to praise her), which makes the album very easy-listening to. However, I don't really fancy Max Martin imitating both album's sounds. Hope that the producers would incorporate some new instrumentals, use uncommon song structure or something so that album could be regarded "innovative". I also wish Britney would invest her best vocal ability on the album too! IMO, the "image" competition is getting more cut-throat than ever, so instead of it, focusing on an area that is still new for Britney, which is singing voice, might do the trick and help gain back Brit's artistry this time, which was lost after BJ's release

Personally, i want to hear something new from Britney. I really love that every album she released( im gonna exclude Britney Jean to avoid an arguement) was music foward, everyone had a different sound or theme, I think Britney should really step out the dance pop genre and really do something that people aren't expecting.

Britney-- sassy pop with another big and innovative hit like Slave

ITZ-- an overall urban pop album with a variety of sounds

Blackout-- club bangers and rnb influenced songs (or just an album that has a cohesive sound with hints of a genre we haven't been hearing in pop)

Circus-- a pop album with a different vibe for every song

Femme Fatale-- an album full of catchy songs tailored for a fun time

(OR, even better...

Something COMPLETELY new. Something we weren't even expecting. Kind of like ITZ and Blackout, but with an entirely new direction.)

Mm I don't really know, but the slow songs from the In The Zone era (official songs and leaked demos) like Everytime, Touch of My Hand and Strangest Love are probably some of my favourite songs by her so I would want her to keep experimenting with that kind of sound. Another dark, sexy and mysterious song like Gimme More would be really nice aswell. But overall I think she should find a new sound, something fresh and original that impress people in a good way :)

Cross between Blackout & Femme Fatale: critical acclaim, forward-thinking productions, with songs that have undeniable, universal appeal.

Either straight up pop with little bits of R&B influence here, like Britney but with a more cohestive theme

OR

Sexy dance-pop music with R&B influences, In The Zone with hints of Blackout

In the zone/Blackout

Or something new what slays over them :blackoutsmiley:

If ITZ and Blackout had a baby... that would be great.

A Blackout & Femme Fatale Hybrid would be something exciting or maybe a In The Zone & Blackout of course

I think all of these are great ideas!!

Blackout. Not in the sound or even topic, but to have as strong of an artistic direction/cohesion/vision/aesthetic/"forward-thinkingness" to it. As much as I'd like to have another gritty sexy electroclash album, I don't think she'd wear it too well in this stage in her career; even the raw sexiness of ITZ would seem asinine and poorly-timed.

She honestly needs her Ray of Light. Find introspection. Work on lyric-writing. Make it come from you. Pair with a producer with a vision. Voila! A wild masterpiece appeared; use a master ball on that bitch, slap it on a million CDs and bring us that platinum opus we all know lurks inside the Queen
