Godney Saved Me At My Job Tonight.

So y'all know I work for Domino's and I'm the queen of deliveries.

Well, I was set to close the store. (Meaning be the last driver to go home, wash all the dishes, mop the floors, etc.)

We take our last delivery order at 11:45. (Weekends, 12:45.)

But if you order late, we honestly hate you and think you're a douchebag. We're trying to go home, please don't order late. By ordering, you give us less time to get all our duties done.

It was 11:35ish and I was talking about Universe to my boss, trying to explain that there are other Britney stans out there and shit (which is really hard to do) and I was like, yeah i don't know any of them personally i just know they're on the forum.

Then we got a phone call, when I was midsentence, talking about our lord and savior, Brisus Christ.

My manager took the phone order and I just kept on mopping the store. I notice that she's on the phone for longer than usual. It was like, 11:39. 6 minutes before the deadline.

And the lady on the phone, she was getting angry because our system kept declining her credit card, even though she kept saying there was money on it. We tried different methods but nothing worked. It just wasn't funna go through.

So the lady had no choice but to not order, and when my manager hung up the phone, she looks at me and says "I believe in Brisus. I will never doubt her mighty powers again."

Godney saved me from staying hella late at work by spreading the word of her gospel and the tales of her disciples.
