Glee earned a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating, down 65 percent from a 2.0 for last season’s premiere. But it’s up 17 percent from a 0.6 for the previous season finale.

To understand how far Glee has fallen over the years. It’s highest rated show (excluding season 2’s post-Super bowl edition) Season 2’s “Britney/Brittany†posted a 5.9/17 rating in the demo, with 13.508 viewers.

How the mighty have fallen and the power of Britney. RIP glee, I'll always consider season 3 the real series finale (thus erasing that 2nd "tribute" Britney 2.0. episode from my memory).

Glee is dead to me ever since they poked fun at Britney's darkest times :4music:

Not surprised that its ratings are dropping. I think people are tired of the show's concept.

@@Dark.Knight I think most of the cast wishes it had, especially Chris Colfer (Kurt) his obvious disdain for Darren Criss (Blaine) in their scenes is hard to ignore. He got the critical acclaim, awards and mentally checked out seasons ago. :aww1:

i don't even know what that means :orangu: , i've only seen like 2 episodes at most

It doesn't really matter about the ratings for Glee now. It's their final season. I wish people would stop jumping on the bandwagon to criticize it. If you don't like it, don't watch it. Just let the people who do like it enjoy the last few episodes that are remaining.

I think it's interesting that Britney brought them such high ratings yet they bashed her in the second "tribute." I watched every episode up until "Britney 2.0" and that was it for me. It's a shame that they bit the hand that fend them. Karma really came around because after that episode the ratings continued to fall.

Klaine is the power couple on the show, and it's one of the most unhealthiest, dysfunctional relationships ever. The fanbase on twitter is a mess, they harass both actors along anyone associated with them, and because of that both actors don't interact off camera nor seemingly care for the pairing anymore, so you ain't missing much.

It actually still does, yeah it's the final season but it still can be cancelled. It's now airing on Friday nights and is still underperforming and all the critical, commercial buzz ended once the 4th season started. No one is staging a national boycott, so enjoy.

The basis for this thread in the first place, I completely agree.

@@Ari Supposedly they don't get along all that well, they're "work friends" but not close outside of glee. Chris Colfer acts like he can't stomach being in scenes with Darren Criss, but I think it has more to do with the crazy fandom who believe the two are together in real life. Colfer acts and has chemistry with everyone else he acts opposite of except DC.
