i can't read portuguese that well but I do know some spanish lol. it says something along the lines of he gave her a pigment or jewelery that represents sean and jayden. It says Britney adored the present and they fan asked for a picture of her with the present. Also, she gave him a hug when it gave it to her.

i remember this, i think it's really sweet that fans give her gifts that represent her children and i'm sure britney loves it as well

I think it's sweet and their heart's in the right place, but a tiny bit of me finds it a little creepy too. It's probably just me though. But it's a super nice gesture and I'm sure she liked it a lot.
