It does give an early 2000's Kylie vibe in the best way, but the guitar riff is what makes this song. Shits on anything will.i.am has done for Britney, for sure.

I'd lower my expectations tbh he also said it might divide the fanbase.

Don't get me wrong, I like the track and it's cleaner than any production we've gotten from a Britney song since 2011, but it certainly lacks a "wow" factor. A great bop, nonetheless.

Very rare when it comes to Britney-related music and no doubt it will divide online stans but it may work in the real world where it matters; strong distinction there.

"Right Here, Right Now" sets the stage really nicely for this upcoming album, though I don't expect it to become a smash, I give it a solid A for effort.

but the song is flopping hard on itunes, I usually wouldn't care, but I expected it to atract at least a little the gp so the britney song would get more attention

I'm not surprised with the song's performance on iTunes -- we have to keep in mind it hasn't even been out for a solid week with no major push -- but reviews overall have been positive and inline with what insiders have been saying. It's classic Kylie and does a nice job of setting the stage while Britney's track drops when the album does (likely) in March. If the song is as good as these insiders say it is, then "Right Here, Right Now" done it's job and won't directly effect her single negatively.

Moroder is having problems with Britney/her team's work ethic and professionalism so the song is probably not going to reach its full potential...

@@britneystanstan Well when you stated like that of course it sounds all bad, lol, but he was actually positive regrading her. She sought him out, they spoke on the phone, and she wanted to work with him in the studio. Now the contract clause for her not being able to shoot a music video for this song irks the hell out of me and I'm already fearing Myah Marie being brought in for "background vocals" for the newly added bridge and other harmonies that Britney has yet(?) to record. Still amped about the collab and hope it does well... even though things look really bleak as of now.
