any sources? it's not the first time your person made a topic without any confirmation, so I'd like to know if it's not just a another stupid thread for attention. anyway, some of you call Britney is the Queen Of Pop and musically I'd agree but it's all about the album sales and stuff and Madonna has outsold Britney in every possible way, even her greatest hits album sold almost as much copies as Baby One More Time

They may be Princess', however, Britney is the "Crowned Princess Of Pop". It is something that was bestowed upon her by the Music Industry and that is what makes the difference then any of the other Princess'. Madonna can call anyone a Princess all she wants but the Industry still recognizes Britney.

Lo and Ariana Grande collab MTV news which were untrue, that's why I prefer to have a source. She didn't mention Britney as a princess of pop, but also she didn't call Taylor that way. MTV added it, Madonna just called her (and other popstars) PRINCESS, which doesn't necessarily mean being Princess Of Pop. She could mean million different things and I personally don't see anything wrong in even calling other famous singers princesses of the new industry, because she's not the one to be giving such titles.

Oh come on! Hard Candy is cool and Rebel Heart will be amazing! Her tours are still amazing (MDNA is one of my faves even if the album sucks). After all these years she still holds the crown and Britney is the princess. Any other artist isn't even close. But it doesn't change the fact that Madonnas opinion about current princess of pop is as relevant (or irrelevant) as ours. She is nobody to choose who is the current princess (we all know that Britney is )
