I don't know if i'm the only one who thinks that but.. Jessica simpson is the only celebrity who IMHO resembles Britney spears. I remember watching her video Irresistible and thinking it was Britney. I even made a bet with my friend that this was Britney. (she didn't think it was, I did.) I, of course, lost. I think it's the main reason I love jessica so much. Can you imagine Irresistible-jessica and Stronger-Britney dancing in the same video??? OMG!

You have to remember that Jessica is NOT a dancer to begin with. She danced a lot in her Dream Chaser tour back in 2001 which is very impressive for someone who was never a dancer. As for Britney, people expect more of her because she was a dancer when she was young and as she grew up, she showed us some very impressive moves so it's natural for her to receive a lot of criticism now because we know what she's capable of.

You and I are both obsessed with the 90's I don't hate ashlee, I think it's just because I got older that I "grew out of her". I remember being obsessed with Boyfriend!! But to be honest, I still love Bittersweet world (the album). My favourite is Little Miss Obsessive <3

Also, I think having black hair distinguished her from Jessica. When she dyed her hair blonde, I felt like she was trying to be glamorous as jessica. As someone who originally had black hair, I'm offended and the fact that not one popstar loves black hair the way I do. Haha! I think black hair brought out ashlee's gorgeous eyes. As for avril, you know? I LOVED her during Complicated (Because of her looks.. not because of that god awful song). I just kept loving her and hating her.. and I think I hated her because she wasn't lie Britney. You have no idea, I'm OBSESSED with britney despite criticizing her performances. It's just something about her.. Avril didn't have that. I mean, even Christina had it.. of course Christina's spark was different.

I admire christina as a singer and as a woman who is insanely self confident (Lotsa people think she's cocky.. I just think she's tough) like she's not afraid of taking crazy risks and succeeding\failing. I love how she's genuinely strong. She'll defend her ideas till death and she stands up for herself. As for britney, I love her because she's sweet and has staying power. I love how innocent she is sometimes, it makes her relatable to normal people. I don't like the fact that she has trouble saying no and doesn't like to stand up for herself a lot of the time. (I truly believe she could have released Original Doll if she wanted to. If her label threatened her to not release it, she could have stood up for them and told them "I won't record any song for you unless you let me release my album". Britney was very marketable at the time. Any company would have killed to have her on their label.

haha no way i love talking all things 90s. the thing is i grew up during that time but at the same time, i was so caged. like my father was so conservative and strict, he called everyone in music industry sluts (he actually ones saw avril perform with a guitar and was like fangirling, he was like wow now this is amazing. if only he knew how she got- all dark makeup and expressive). he never let me watch tv, never let me listen to music, i grew up without a television and then i got access to a acomputer and was finally felt like i was a part of this world. but that is why i am still fangirling over ashlee probably because i didnt even kno about her for the longest time. i mean i did but i was maybe too young, she didnt really appeal to me at the time so i just became a fan kind of more recently than most people i think. and the thing is i think she always had a few qualities to her that were like jess but she still has that whole rocker chick thing going on. thats what i love about her so much. i think she looks good in both brunette and blonde hair. i kno a lot of people felt that way but she always changed her hair around and i think she had always a girlier side too. i mean she was a blonde for the longest time before becoming a brunette. i do miss her dark hair. i wish she'd go back to it more often. i think it's been a while now.

i also admire christina. of course i'll always side with britney, she was in many ways better than her but i can see why people like her so much as well. she had a different thing going on with her. i agree, i think she was a lot more outspoken and because with her, it wasnt as big of a deal, i think people were a lot less hard on her but with brit, they always had higher expectations. so christina managed to come out slightly better.

and avril, i like so much espeically the complicated era. i love the fact that she changed her attitude nowadays, she was really mean towards some people back than. i miss her style tho and the darker more hardcore hair. i am a bit surprised she went all platinum blonde now. she's very glam now too.

but i think with original doll, her team must of done something to her. they must of threatened her big time. because this was the time when she didnt hide ANYTHING i mean she let the entire world listen to mona lisa without her team's permission and she would of let OD happen but they must of done something i think to really put her down. it's so ridiculous. all the rules the stupid celebrity teams put on a celebrity are so unneccessary. the public will like all kinds of things a celebrity puts out there so they should chill.
