btmyhbrit99 Posted January 31, 2015 #2 Report Posted January 31, 2015 Structurally it works and whoever did this obviously worked hard to do that but that beat doesn't really work with those lyrics if that makes sense. Since the song is about isolation I think the beat should be very much subdued. It doesn't have to be slow or anything but just subdued, like William Orbit's 60s pop/beautiful stranger inspired remix. It's not bad though.
