I think we won 2-3 years in a row and in the end we got nothing. Also, that Vegas contract.

I bet the superbowl crew had asked her couple times but she rejected it. Dunno the reason why, or maybe she and her team just waiting for the right time

The right time?! lol She missed a lot of opportunities, then. I doubt it's because of that. Probably her team are scarred of the GP to bash her and drag her down if she fails. Also, she needs to have at least her Circus-Promo attitude and do some PROMO for her current album(s) because the last one,FF, she didn't do well performing, I mean, the dancing was okay but her attitude on stage seemed forced, like she didn't want to be there. And just before this one turns to another Britney-mental-health-hate topic, I'd say that at this point of her career, a Superbowl performance seems impossible, regarding the many contracts she's obliged to follow. Let alone her team and her passion to promote. :pieceofwhat::zoomzoom:

I don't know...I would die if she did it but that is sooooooo much pressure - moreso when you are a pop star...the stakes are higher because in music the GP is most critical of popstars because of the stigma that they don't actually have talent (so unbelievably untrue - but people do believe it). If she continues POM slayage I think i'd be more comfortable with the idea.

I think aside from Britney I'd like for Xtina, Queen, or JLo to perform. Justin's already done it twice so it's time to give someone else a chance tbh

Brit's like that one person that we all know would be fuckin awesome at parties that we invite literally 24/7 but who always says no because they're busy with something but we keep asking them expecting a different answer :gloria:

I honestly wouldn't want her to perform if there was a chance of major public backlash...I think it would destroy her career and her legacy. She can preserve her legacy in many other ways than just a Superbowl performance, you know?

Yeah, but probably the biggest problem is that she's way too shy, which is understandable, considering her breakdown and all the hate she got back then, and she has to work on her confidence and passion in performing and it'd be great. Vegas is a nice place but since Circus she was always better when performing her tour/residency rather than live on TV, you know? Idk, what's the difference, I mean, she's performing in front of an audience both in Vegas or somewhere else, the only difference is that when she's promoting, they'll be filming it live, but that's never been a problem to her. And now that they are filming almost every show in Vegas, she must get some confidence, especially if she sees the camera, we all know that she pushes herself then. Overall, I just need to see her promote her material again, not by interviews but by live performances. As long as she does that, I don't want a Superbowl performance.

Every year she wins the poll (until the Justin Bieber and One Direction fans come up with her millions of votes hack, or whatever they do to have the ridiculous amount of votes). And yet the NFL don't even consider her as a possible option :(. I wish they at least tried to convince her, I know it's almost impossible that she agrees to perform, because she will be like "I've done that already" and Vegas, and she is a mom now.

But we can always have hope that a miracle will happen :mahhaw: Britney for the 50th Super Bowl sounds amazing :mhm:

She is the best option as a show. Something like piece of me with more props like katy last night would be epic but she had to sing live. I don't think they are going to allow her to lipsynch and being honest. ... I don't even know if she remembers how to do it. As I said in another post. .. She would need los of vocal training to maintain a 15 minutes show of singing and dancing like she is doing in piece of me.
