I like the song, I think know Bey is pressed that Riri is dicking over her music overshadowing her shitty slow crazy in love remix, but I do think it's try hard at the same time, why are all the popstars trying to be super credible? Why is a fashion photographer directing the video? it's annoying.

I like the song and it doesn't come off as conceited or try hard to me. Rihanna has never been afraid of taking risks and doing something different so it's not necessarily a surprise that she'd do something like this. I also think she really needed a song that highlighted her voice over everything else after some dodgy live performances. I just wish they'd left Kanye out, I hate his parts and that annoying low quality voice in the background

It's an average pop song disguised as a 'real' anthem especially as the annoying beatle is in it, and because everyone like to think that they love 'real music' and 'originality' at the moment because it's in (although they lap up everything that they are told to like and told is cool including this song) they love songs like this.

I do like the song although I see through it all though.

I just really don't like the song though.. rihanna sounds awful in it

I don't like it at all tbh, the production is rly cheap and bad. Rihanna's vocals are extremely forced and a bit torturing to listen to. I won't even speak of kanye's west horrible acting and edited vocals, not to mention how he's acting way too energetic for this kind of song and MV, he acts as if he's in one of his shitty songs music video As for the Beattles dude, dunno, never listened to them so I won't make a comment. All in all, i consider the song really REALLY bad

i thought it was kind of boring. thats what happens when u r so successful, u end up lowering ur expectations and putting less efford into ur work. i think thats what happened with riri. i think this is too mainstream and maybe its cuz i just dont like the song but it seems like she's just trying to show off being with paul mccartney. idk i used to stan so hard for her but now im kind of fading away. she gets a little more hype to herself than she should imo (same with gaga. she was soo overrated for the longest time and beyonce is too).

I'm all for Rihanna experimenting and all, but honestly this sing doesn't work IMO. I have been so hyped for R8 that when this was the first single I was really disappointed... If anything this just sounds like bland album filler. It's nothing special, Riri's vocals are good not great, the production is average, and I really don't like Kanye's part. I get that she wanted to release something totally different (like when Diamonds was released) but FourFiveSeconds is no Diamonds...

I like the song, the video, how she looks there... almost everything! I would've taken out Kuntye and added more McCartney singing. Can barely hear him and legends like him should have more protagonism imo
