BlackoutEgo Posted February 9, 2015 #1 Report Posted February 9, 2015 I didn't get my phone in time to record it but they praised how amazing Britney has been looking lately and Adrienne and Tamar talked about how amazing Britney was at her Piece of Me show when they went and how she killed it !!! And of course they talked about Charlie and how they think he's the best guy for Britney and I agree he's definitely great for her . Now I know why Britney has been so energetic this leg ! Charlie introduced Britney to meditation before her shows ! Britney does 15 minutes of meditation to cool her nerves down before the show starts .. THANK U CHARLIE !! He's definitely good for Britney , when will her exes (never tbh , exes for a reason) 3

ooh la la Posted February 10, 2015 #7 Report Posted February 10, 2015 britney spears needs help on how to prepare herself before she goes on stage as if she has been doing this since she was a young child. also she has been doing yoga which is like meditation since she first came out there is an interview somewhere where she talks about it and says it relaxes her. 1
