Today marks the 4th anniversary of when Britney Spears released her music video for her #1 single hold it against me. The main idea behind the video is the rise, fall, and revival of Britney Spears herself. Today the music video is vevo certified! Happy anniversary Hold it against me!

Yaaaas, I remember it premiering on MTV after an episode of Jersey Shore :crying1:

And they didn't use all of the embarrassing shit product placement that's in the VEVO version :zoomzoom:

Overall - flawless song, good but relatively forgettable music video (for me).

i remember all the freakin' five second teasers for it! And when it dropped, I remember loving the concept but that the editing gave me a migraine. I still love the video, i've learned to watch it and not have a seizure from all that fast-paced cut-scene-laden action

Whenever it aired on TV, at least in Canada, it never had the product placement :crying1:

There's a version on YouTube somewhere.
