I think most people said that she doesn't sound THAT bad. Of course it's not perfect but that's her voice after dancing.

Make Mariah walk around the park for 5 minutes and sing afterwards and see if she can sing better than Britney...

When you dance your breathing gets heavy and you have to breathe a lot more. Britney dances a lot here........When you sing, you need to be able to control your breath and use your breath to sing, this two things collide, so most of the artists who make elaborate choreographies as did britney make lip sync or uses pre recorded basis, who says otherwise is lying but everything they do very carefully for the audience doesn't realize. ( this the difference between them and britney)

OP said she sounded fucking terrible. Nobody said it was perfect, we are just saying it's not "fucking terrible", her voice is not even off key that much, mainly out of breath obviously and shaking at times,but she still managed to be on key, for the verses and the bridge at least. And tbh i'm here for a live like that anyday rather than cd vocals

i know , it is true, it sounded horrible

of course she was out of breath from dancing so much which is understandable, but they could have at least lowered the key of the song to help her vocally

No way. Janet has way better breath, pitch control. Her prerecorded "live" vocal tracks sometimes sound better then her albums.
