You can make the design with Paint or Photoshop, it's just text. And I'm pretty sure there must be a store near you dedicated to print T-Shirts and Sweaters and that stuff. At least here in Mexico is very common. I've never actually donde that before because I haven't found the perfect design and I think it must be a certain resolution and size and, you know, but as far as I know a customized T-Shirt is around $20, but the fabric of the clothes it's usually very cheap in those places, unless you pay more, I guess.
