yes it always makes her arms look chunky especially when she wears halter necks or skinny straps she would be better off wear a dress/top with t shirt length or longer sleeves.it is probably cos she doesn't like walking the red carpet she has skinny arms. alot of people hate getting there picture taken the worst is when your at family gathering like a funeral and theres a crazy aunty or uncle who insists you take picture the most random people and give them a kiss.one two three pause then they take the picture and you end up looking weird or cross eyed.
