Obviously, I've always known her classics but I've been listening to Back to Basics all evening and I was speechless after hearing Enter The Circus. It sounds SO MUCH like the Circus Tour intro with Perez Hilton. Did Britney's team copy Xtina for Circus, or? Judge for yourself if you haven't heard it. Do not hate on me for this

I mean obviously it sounds "the same" in the way that it's a circus theme, but it's not the same melody. And there is a speech but that's what they always do for a circus. Christina's one is seriously creepy tho. i imagine some creepy dolls, people without heads, zombies, whatever 3

Also Linda Perry does a great voice in Xtinas circus - I have to say.. But Circus themes are done by heaps of people - it is such an open theme - and dare I say - not exactly ground breaking originality from either artist... Fun nonetheless. I think Britney should do a horror house for her next era - the dark theme will be great!

TheCharmedTributes1 Posted March 22, 2015 #14 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Like previous responses, I'd say it's just the fact that the ''circus theme'' comes with certain expected background music you'd first thought of when this theme comes across your mind. I mean - even AHS's Freak Show which wasn't really a ''circus'' had the same soundtrack.
toxicxxkat Posted March 22, 2015 #15 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Like it was said, Circuses have this certain sound to it and if you're going to work with a Circus theme, they are all going to have that sound. But the melodies are nothing alike. I don't think Britney copied anyone. I love BTB, but that album is 1920's-1950s themed so it's much more broad and just includes an old-school circus themed song whereas Britney's is much more narrow and is just a circus theme all together.
