Mariah Carey So I decided to make this thread explaining my favorite things about her I know I probably will be the only one reading all of this but whatever 1) Her voice (obviously ) Tone: You never get tired of Mariah cause every era her voice has a different tone .Here some examples so you can see what I mean : Mariah Carey era (debut era) : Emotions era: This is one of my favorite performances from her Daydream era (my favorite ) : During this era Mariah showcased a lot of freedom, and resonance in her upper belt register, her tone was SO light and girly ? , her low notes were really smooth and her breathy voice angelic! She writes/composes/produces her own material. The lyrics of her songs are gorgeous but that's not the only why they're so relatable.
