Im excited, Your excited, Iggy is so excited she can't even rap in english anymore! There is buzz about this song and this could be the summer return of Britney Bitch! With that being said, we need to be a ride or die fanbase this era. Britney Jean only showed some fans as a bandwagon crew., jumping on Britney's tit when she has a hit and pretending not to know her when she flops. You know why Madonna has the career she has had for so long? Because of the strong fanbase that has had her back through flops and hits, making her want to do more and more, better and better everytime she makes new music. We fuel Britney's desire to make hits and give great performances. This era, im supporting everything, every interview, song, appearance and i'm not gonna let some of the negative asswipes on this army ruin it for me.

 

 

PS. Army's are ride or die. If we can win almost every shitty little title about best fanbase and what not, we can make a song a hit. Britney can do all the promo in the world but you can't make people watch, listen or care until they see that the fans watch, listen and care. think about it come May 5th !

I would agree with what you say but, how do you want to be "supportive" when the artist herself doesn't even support her own work tho ? The problem isn't the fanbase it's Britney who doesn't take this seriously anymore so obviously the fanbase can't be supportive when she doesn't even support herself in the first place and doesn't show us some passion, interest and involvement.

I agree with part of you said but there is a difference between what some fans take as carelessness as to what it really is, the career not being focus number one. Britney loves her career. You can't make someone get on stage and go into a recording studio if they have no passion to do so. You can take a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. There is a passion there, but some fans want it at a level that other female artist have now when there lays the problem. Were too busy looking at someone elses hype and sales instead

im just saying if we want a hit, we can have it. But that means being committed. If we can commit to winning some halfassed contest about best pop star and shit, we can get a song to be hit. Some forget BOMT had to climb the charts, but we got it to number 1.

That comment was pretty much a response to Britney Jean. Some fans, even the ones that are still here, are bandwagoners. They praised Britney Jean when it debuted high on the itunes charts but bashed it when it came in at #4 on billboard. That point of this is i have no doubt everyone is excited about this song and new era, but i just see another BJ moment happening if everything doesn't go the way some want it to go.

i think she cares, i mean she is still going 16+ years on. We forget her life has afforded her the option many don't have and that is the option to just live a quiet, peaceful life outside of the industry. She has the option to retire and because she still is out there doing what she loves, thats enough proof to know she cares. Money and fame aren't  motivations anymore, its simply that she loves what she does.

So true, she has been improving her image mostly toward the GP and everyone is rooting for the normal mom lifestyle she is living. She is getting the world back on her side 100%

I agree with that. That's not the point tho, i totally understand that it's not her priority. But not being her priority doesn't mean she has to take this as a joke or something. Not being her priority doesn't mean she can't talk about it with interest and develop when it's time to do it. Do you understand what i mean? Like, for example, as i said in another thread, she always talk about her kids etc.. and it's fine, i'm glad she's happy and everything, but she made Billboard cover which is a MUSIC magazine and all she talks about was her kids, her hotel, her favorite restaurant, do you think it's normal ? No. There are plenty of magazines for lifestyles stories if that's what she wants. But don't make a billboard cover to talk about sushi and things like that.

She has tons of vocabulary when it comes to her life, but when it comes to her career, she has nothing to say. Well, when it comes to interviews, they ask the questions and maybe Billboard picked the wrong questions to ask. But I see the talk of the kids and everything else about her personal life as stuff for the GP to like. In the GP she is still in some parts crazy, unfit mother Britney. She is showing them she healthy physically and mentally and that she is a good mother. I think her team wants a huge hit and know the mom angle is what is gonna make the GP take a fresh approach to Britney. I agree with you because yes, somethings need to to be said by britney herself to show fans her career is still her priority. But i believe this Era is for the GP, not us specifically.

I have to agree with the lip syncing to 17 year old vocals. You actually listed things that do need to be worked on and instead of pulling the LAZY card so many pull, you worded it for what it could be, her not taking the work seriously.
