BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) --

Dimples, the iconic karaoke bar in Burbank, will play its final song this weekend.

After 33 years, it will be shutting down to make way for condos and a Whole Foods. The owner says it's the first karaoke bar in America.

The bar has attracted a mix of amateurs to A-list celebrities, including Charlize Theron, Britney Spears, Charles Barkley and Katy Perry.

OMG, I love her! Wow, I don't think I've ever seen this video, so thanks for sharing.

 

That's really sad the bar/club is shutting down for condos and a Whole Foods store. It seems like a really fun place. I always have wanted to find a regular Karaoke bar/club to go to like this where nobody judges you, and haven't been successful. That place seems like it would have been great.
