Maybe they just mean she has the residency in Vegas, and she can't travel, because aren't those awards in some part in Europe or something?

They said she isn't available, not that she's not allowed. Interesting though, that they answered like that, like if they indeed tried to make her perform.

It's not like we didn't know that tho. I mean, I'm always going to have hope and wait for a performance, but after the Britney Jean era I've learnt not to expect promo performances and just enjoy her at Vegas, which is not a bad thing at all because she's been doing really good lately!

If you live in the United States or Canada and you want to see Britney Spears in the next couple of years, Vegas is the place to do it.

Touring however is a different subject , w,touring it involves money,tickets,& contracts so thats where the line gets drawn.lets not forget celine Dion has a residency & she performed on ellen & on the voice... mariah carey has a residency and shes promoting as well

What they meant is what is up for discussion, not whether they talked about it or not. Please, check the link I posted and read that it says Caesars Entertainment VP is the one who talked to billboard. Billboard is a serious site and they wouldn't be speaking based on rumors or they wouldn't make up an interview...
