I know she went thru alot that era but its the fact that she did her

B.S and music aside

Britney really stood her ground and took charge that era. She was like fuck this Im running this bitch. She had that "U either fuck wit me or u dont" attitude and she fired her team cuz they werent with it. She fucking meant business

I know the vma performance wasnt good (iconic as fuck tho) but U got to

Realize ppl were trying to control her that night and she wasnt having it..they chose her costume and who was doing her hair after she specifically told them what to do..so she did everything on her terms and Did her thing.

She even took control of her album ,on how it was gonna be produced and who was gonna produce it

She meant business that era, she wasnt fucking around

That was one of my proud moments and Im glad her team finally got her point out of it and Im glad shes happy now with her life . It all came together for her

The moment I saw ''Gimme More'' on TV for the first time, I was like ''WTF? Is this Britney? OMGGG! '' and the second time '' I love her!'' and it all started for me. I've always been a fen of her,but the beginning of being a hardcore fan was late 2007-early 2008. :)

Blackout didn't have an era. She was too busy trying to keep her shit together

Blackout did too have an era :tbh: if you think about it, Blackout is the best depiction of her everyday life, her everyday life was pretty much promo :cutelaugh: we got some music videos too :tbh:

I 100% agree witchu OP :)

I disagree. Oops-Britney Era were here best and In The Zone

True. Those eras had the full package. Good music, great videos, great tours, and lots of promo. Those 3 eras were Britney at her peak as an entertainer.

Blackout just had good music and three videos that were cool but not her best (oh, and a mediocre VMA performance). But the music alone is undeniably amazing. So it ranks high, for me.

That era is iconic but for the wrong reasons... You could tell she was lost and really didn't know where to go, but I agree on the fact that the album was an accurate description of Britney at the moment: Dark, angry and confused. I hope she never goes through the same stuff again!
