I hope this era will get people to see Britney in a new light... She has had more comebacks in the last 10 years then people change underwear...! I hope people will SEE Britney this time around. And remember her from now on... I know, people know who she is, but as she said herself: I've always been here

It's always "She's back" or "Britneys comeback".... I hate it ! And it's like her team always sticks to the "comeback" when they are talking about her new music... I hope this time it's just "Here we go again, Queen B's new song slays" :smokeney:

I understand what you mean and I agree with you, many people still think everything she does is "Britney starting to get her life together" when that's something that's been happening for years, but I think that at this point most of us call it a comeback meaning that she's back with a new sound, a new era.  :)

Britney's never stopped working and making music. It's pathetic for ppl to say "comeback" when she herself said she's never been away, just took some time out, and it's pathetic when they think that it's a "comeback" when there's a lapse between (for example) In The Zone and Blackout, or Circus and Femme Fatale. Come on now! :frenchy:

I think the "comeback" sticker stayed with her because she's one of the few who actually managed to get through the worst possible time in her life. A lot of people sadly aren't able to do that or they just aren't that strong.

Plus she always does that 2-year-off thing which is a lot in a pop industry, so I think there's nothing wrong with labeling it as a comeback. :)
