Lip-Synced Or Live? The Great Mystery

Well not a mystery but i've always wondered with this performance, I feel like it's a mix of both

i know what happened. she performed the song live twice and they mixed both versions into one cuz we know she always sings live

She looks so gorgeous.  I say live but the CD vocals were added to the parts that weren't so good, IMO.  I think that appearance was taped the same day as her 1st when she was on promoting "Slave," but aired later.  

 

 

Her hair is the same and Britney, back then, had a different weave for every appearance.  One of my fave looks & performances.

They did a great job mixing the CD vocals because you can't even notice it! If that was the first time you hear the song you would think it's completely live.

All live apart from 2:48 onwards you can hear plenty of different inflections in her voice and breathing etc up until that point. The last I'm not a girl not yet a woman is live too haha

I love this performance, I always loved when she performed at Rosie's

Its just the background track that syncs with her actual vocals at certain moments, and also the prereocrded helping vocals along
