Is Channel One News Played Every Morning In American Schools

so you know the adds on you see at the side of articles about lists with different unknown facts about people. well i clicked on one about ten celebrities who were rich before they became famous. well it was writing about anderston cooper how he started out  with channel one news and they said it is played every morning in american schools. which i thought that is weird never knew of a school starting the day watching tv. we never had tv in any  of the schools i went to there was one TV and if a teacher wanted it they had to put there name down  in a copy to book it.it was maybe like at Christmas, special occasions and end of year http://myfirstclasslife.com/5-anderson-cooper-100-million/

No. Maybe specifically his school, but my school..in high school what we did in the morning while attendance was being taken was watch morning announcements by students on things happening around school that day/afternoon.
