Why Is Pretty Girls Not Available To Pre-Order Yet?

I don't know much about this kind of stuff so forgive me if I sound dumb but, doesn't it help the sales of a single if they enable pre-orders? Or is it better to just release the song? I just find weird that we're less than a week away from the release date and we don't even have the official artwork!

Everyone keeps saying the song is dropping on the 4th in the UK but I feel like they'd have put it on pre-order by now. RCA is messy af. They're missing out on potential sales.

That's the main promo technique in the UK. Delay the release + put the single on pre-order and then release it once the first-week sales are high enough for a decent debut! That's how Work Bitch peaked at #7 (or #8, I don't remember) without any radio support and with medium streaming.

Why would it be to pre-order ? None of her singles were like that, not that i remember at least. Her album yes, but not singles.

And usually we always have the artwork only a few days before her single is out, so there's nothing weird for with that either.

I believe she will show it avril 30 or may 1 tbh.

Preorder would be amazing!! But there's a LOT of risk for a leak that way between the seller and the music site.

Preorders are more for albums, but I would love this.

It was premiered on a big radio station and then it went on VEVO that night. Then iTunes was the next day. kind of a strange schedule... BJ's tactics for sales and streaming were terrible.

I live in Poland Well we don't have any exclusive releases and radio stations don't really play her music tbh :/ (we don't even have physical singles) so I'm buying everything new on iTunes.
