Does streaming it on Spotify from another country help? 1

You can install Hola in Google Chome After that use it to access Spotify.com, log in to your account, change your country to US after that, stream the song via player.spotify.com 3

Then when the album is released, I buy it in my country to help her sales here. I think you can also install a proxy/IP-hiding plugin so that your youtube views count on billboard. And request on radio links.
