Fiyero Posted May 1, 2015 #20 Report Posted May 1, 2015 As someone who has to deal with copyrwriters and copyright issues almost daily I can assure you almost 99% there would be no problem with Britney using her own likeness. Even if Rolling Stone/David LaChapelle has the copyrights to this image, it would almost certainly (in any instances that I've been involved with, anyway) take A LOT more than her face being used. I'm sure they're just waiting until the song comes out to put it on full display.
