most people who don't like it here is cuz they were probably not fans back when it was released, if you listen to it now for the first time it'll sound outdated and not as good

True. When it came out I was pretty young and loved it. Now it can tend to sound outdated to me. That reaction is probably increased in someone who first listened to within the past few years.
