It counts but that means we will have ONE day worth of sales before the week starts so it might even debut on Bubbling Under this week before its Hot 100 debut next week... we want the full week, not a day. And she posted it on Facebook as well so...

And it will probably do like Womanizer, a big jump in the charts (not especially to number one tho, we'll see) You guys care too much about the charts, relax, what matters is longevity not how the song will debut 1

A new chart is compiled and officially released to the public by Billboard on Thursday. Each chart is dated with the "week-ending" date of the Saturday two weeks after.
