in a really long time that her team listens to what Britney has to say? I mean, it was her decicion to collaborate with Giorgio and she even chose to record Tom's Diner, and I'm sure it was also her idea to work with Iggy, since she's said many times that she loves her! I mean, her team obviously makes the final decisions but do you think they're finally listening to her? I think so, that's why you can tell she's much more excited than in previous years!

No, at least not more than usual imo.

I mean, Tom's Diner isn't her song, so as long as it's not on her album, i'm pretty sure they will let her do something she likes. And anyway, they don't have to say anything, it's Giorgio's album, he and his label are the one who had a word on it not RCA or Britney's team, so he was the one who could have said no to Tom's Diner, or even choose that song if Britney didn't came up with it and that's what he wanted.

But about her single, Iggy had many hits and everything, i think they just came to an understanding for PG, it was win-win, that's all. As i said in another thread, if it was an unknown person instead of Iggy, i'm 100% sure it wouldn't have been the lead single.

It definitely seems as if Britney's finally getting to have things done her way. Vegas, Pretty Girls being that "urban" sound she's wanted for years. Hopefully it continues on this way and they start listening to and trusting Britney's ideas more. She's more than earned it and really understands the way to blend what people and she wants to deliver something fantastic.
