8. Click 'register' and verify your account.

9. DOWNLOAD THE FREE APP. Any app, just download it. 

10. Go on http://www.wildtwig.com/ to purchase one of the vouchers. Sadly, the cheapest ones are for $10.

11. Redeem the code from the voucher on your iTunes account.

12. Buy Pretty Girls or gift it, help it smash the charts!

BTW a friend once told me Billboard single charts only counts purchases from the US IP as valid purchase..IDK if it's true..But since then every time I buy music on the US iTunes I use VPN or other proxies to change my IP into US IP address to make sure my purchase counts.
