Britney new single Pretty Girls is off to a good start. Pretty Girls should rank in with 100,000 first-week download sales, according to Billboard:

"Pretty Girls" already quickly shot to No. 1 on the real-time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140. Now, it looks primed to surge onto the Hot 100. Here are some numbers backing up the track's warm welcome.

100,000: "Pretty Girls" is on course to sell upward of 100,000 downloads in its first week (ending May 10), according to industry forecasters. Again, that's strong enough to propel the track onto the Hot 100, although such a sum would be off from the 174,000-download launch of Spears' last new single, "Work B**ch!," in 2013 (according to Nielsen Music).

11.2 million: The track drew nationwide hourly plays on pop-formatted iHeartMedia-owned radio stations on May 4, helping result in 1,100 plays at the format that day. That translates to a hefty 11.2 million in first-day audience. The cut should debut in the top 25 of the Pop Songs airplay chart to post Monday (May 11).

If Pretty Girls were to make the hot 100 charts, this would make Britney's 33rd single to hit the charts, which is AMAZING news!!

We will know the results by Monday, May 10th. Stay tuned folks and fingers crossed!

I think is a little sad how in the past we fighted for the number 1 spot and now we´re like... yay top 40 idk  :crying1:

The thing that makes me mad, is that I KNOW, that if she promoted her ASS out and danced like she can (POM SHOWS US SHE IS STILL DA THING)

She would probabbly sell millions again and have a lot of fans  :4music:

Tho I´m happy she is happy just doing ok but idk  :displeased:

Guys, can we at least keep this single release negativity-free? I mean, I really want it to succeed and I know we're all doing everything that we can to support it, so it would be a little disappointing to see it fail, but if it doesn't get a top spot on the charts we should just move on and not shade or bash it, because that's the kind of reaction that leads to the meltdowns that made me leave Exhell.

It would be great if Britney would top the hot 100 but if it won't then it's ok. Some of Britney's greatest hits were not even top 3.

Actually, the music video has not been released, the song has not been performed yet and the gp has no idea about this single. So everything is possible.

The most important thing is that Britney has come a long way and she is closer to her prime than ever!!!
