It's very comic book superhero like she used to wear during the ITZ era. I've wanted a skirt for this section for a while. She looks sexy and cute. And I adore the look of the boots. 2

I think that the main problem is the skirt, if it wasn't so "wide" and the cut wasn't so high-waisted it could look better! 1
