she's not doing botox, at least not as the main thing. i believe she's doing fillers with hyaluronic acid, vitamins and temporary stuff like that (they're naturally absorbed by your body after 6-8 months).

maybe she's done bit of botox too (remember her tight face on that extra interview with mario lopez), but now you can tell she can move her face normally.

and then you have some lip injections from time to time (those have to be redone as they fade), and some minor nosejob to make the tip less round and more sharp.

she has a great surgeon, because nothing is too obvious, aside from the cheek fillers. but let the woman do whatever she wants to her face/body. at least she make decisions on that one thing.

I am being so honest when I say this but I really cannot tell where these supposed botox injections took place. Where do those of you who think she got that done think she's had it placed?

Her face doesn't look stiff like people who get botox. I think she probably has done some other kind of filler around her mouth. She admitted to getting lip injections but those have faded. Her nose basically looks the way it's looked since 03 but I do think she had her nose done between the second and third albums so any other nose job at this point is not that noticeable.

The one main difference is that her smile here looks forced (not like she was being forced to smile just that she seems to be smiling harder) and she has bags under her eyes but that's all expected. She is 12 years older than the pic from 2003.
